Our Policy

The current situation surrounding COVID-19 is something nobody could have predicted. Our main goal is to keep our customers and employees safe whilst providing our high quality removals service. We are constantly checking verified platforms for information during this time and we will update this policy in alignment with government advice and protocols.

It is difficult to plan for moves several months in advance as we cannot predict the severity of the situation in the future. That said, we will do our best to carry out all moves until the government states that it is unsafe to do so.

We have put procedures in place based on information provided from the NHS to ensure that all of our staff members are following necessary hygiene standards and we would ask all clients to follow government guidelines on hygiene and social distancing whilst visiting our office and where possible, during a removal. 

Many of our office staff are now working from home where they can continue to provide you with information about your move, take payments and phone calls.

Staff have been told not to come to the office if they are unwell and to self-isolate for the recommended period by the Government.  Currently 14 days, but this may change, and Kwikshift Removals will follow any updated recommendations.

Office staff, surveyors and removals crews are encouraged to maintain the very highest levels of personal hygiene at all times by washing hands regularly (for at least 20 seconds with soap and water) and hand sanitisers are available to all crew and staff.

At Kwikshift Removals, we want to keep our employees and customers safe as they are at the heart of everything we do.
